My name is Gillian Cramb, and I manage C&E HR Consultancy from my new base in the South of France.
My professional journey began as a language teacher, where I developed my passion for education and personal growth. Through managing several of my own language schools, I gained invaluable experience that paved the way for my transition into the dynamic field of training and development.

After completing my M.B.A. in 2015, I discovered I had a strong ability and passion for Strategic Management and Organisational Development. This recognition led to my appointment as the Head of People Transformation at the organisation where I worked. In this role, I established a comprehensive Learning & Organisational Development Department that included Training & Development, Trade Skills, Executive Learning & Development, Organisational Design & Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility. As a result of these efforts, I was granted additional responsibilities and eventually promoted to the position of Director.
I invested a significant amount of time figuring out what I wanted to do in life. It has been a long journey during which I have gained invaluable skills and experiences. However, looking back, I wish I had someone to guide me better when I was younger.
This desire to help others is what inspired the concept of C&E. I love what I do, especially in delivering on a strategy by ensuring that our teams have the right talent in place. However, I have discovered two key issues: companies often struggle to place the right talent in the right roles, and employees sometimes find themselves unable to advance in their careers due to various reasons.
